The TA-3000G test fixture is an upgraded version of the TA-3000 unit but specific to testing the Garmin GNS/GTN navigators. The required switching, Annunciation, RS232/429 Loopback provisions and other data I/O functions are provided. Panel meters are provided to monitor both voltage and current. Panel jacks are provided for a Synchro Heading Source and full breakout is provided for the CDI meters and flags. This panel also includes a CDI test board to independently check the flags and meters in the GI-106/A or other CDI separate from the navigator. This panel can provide the technician with the ability to complete the testing and certify the navigators as allowed by the CMM (GNS430/530).
